Hiring a remote web team

Which outsourcing model do you provide?
Managed services. You don't hire or manage individual people. We own the outcome and run the team. There are three common models: staff augmentation (freelancers join your team and you direct them daily), project outsourcing (an agency delivers one fixed project, then leaves) and managed services (a team supports and improves your website month after month, under one manager). We do the third, and also take fixed-price projects when you need one.
How is this different from hiring a virtual assistant through an agency?
A virtual assistant agency places one person who works under your direction. You still manage their tasks and quality. We provide a remote manager plus a senior team of designers, developers and marketers, and we're responsible for the results, not just the hours.
Is this better than hiring freelancers?

How do I pay for my remote team?
One monthly invoice for your plan, paid by card, bank transfer or Upwork Escrow. Extra hours are only billed after you approve them. You never pay team members individually.
Are there setup or recruitment fees?
No. There are no setup, recruitment or placement fees. Onboarding, access setup and your first-week audit are included in your plan.
Am I locked into a long contract?
Plans start with a 3-month commitment so we can set things up properly. After that it's month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
Am I responsible for employment law, taxes or payroll?
No. Everyone on the team works with us, not for you. We handle contracts, payroll, taxes and compliance. You simply pay one invoice to one company.
How do you make sure the team is reliable and skilled?
Every expert has 7+ years of experience and passes a portfolio review, a paid test task and a trial on our own projects before working with clients. After that, a senior lead reviews every change before it goes live.
What if a team member isn't the right fit?
Tell your manager and we'll replace them at no cost. Your project is fully documented, so a new expert picks up where the last one left off without delays.
Where is the team based, and do you work in my time zone?
Our team works remotely across Europe and supports clients in any time zone, including the US, UK, EU and Australia. Your remote manager is available during your business hours, and monitoring runs 24/7/365.
Which communication channels can we use?
Whatever your team already uses: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoho Cliq, Telegram, WhatsApp or email. For tasks we can work in your ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Trello or Notion, or set up our own support board for you.
